Global IT Program Manager

職務内容/Job duties (雇入れ直後 / Immediately after hiring)

The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of programs, focusing on strategizing and orchestrating a group of projects to support long-term business goals. This role will also be responsible for managing the risks and benefits of the program and will collaborate throughout the organization to remove any possible blockers.

The Program Manager will work closely with Project Managers and business stakeholders as a key player for building, maintaining, and tracking cross-functional dependencies and also for achieving overall alignment on requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Program Management:
・Formulate and organize programs with clear objectives to support business goals aligned with key stakeholder expectations
・Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to projects throughout the lifecycle of the program, in order to ensure delivery of agreed scope on time and within budget as well as value-based outcomes.
・Identify and onboard key resources required to deliver the program scope, oversee and coordinate activities aligned to the overall program plan
・Own (create and maintain) the program plan of key activities, outputs, and dependencies.
・Own the program financials (forecasting, budgeting) and resource model.

Program Governance and Communications:
・Track and mitigate risks and issues, document and manage assumptions, escalating where required.
・Document, track and manage dependencies across and within the program
・Effectively manage relationships with project Managers and project team members, including product and delivery teams and 3rd party where required.
・Manage expectations of sponsors and other stakeholders through timely, well-structured communications on progress and program health.
・Drive robust project governance, taking into consideration delivery, architecture, and change management.
・Establish the regular meeting cadence required to effectively manage and govern program delivery
・Develop a standard approach to assess program performance; periodically assess program performance to maximize ROI.

Program/Project Management Community:
・Actively participate in a program/project management community to share good practice and lessons learnt from a global and regional perspective as well as to hone skills and master core capabilities.
・Provide input and support to establish good practice project guidelines and a clear project framework to be adhered to by all programs and projects; continuously update with good practices.

応募資格/Qualifications 【Required Qualifications】

>Education
‐Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or Business Management (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
‐Project Management qualifications desirable e.g., PMP/ Prince II certifications or equivalent.

>Experience
‐Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Program or Project Manager in the IT sector with Global team.
‐Proven track record of successfully driving and delivering end-to-end large complex scaled IT solutions/ projects or SAP implementations projects either at a global company or as a consultant for a global company.
(Ex.Experience in managing SAP implementation projects with a budget of 10 million U.S dollars or more)
‐Advanced Business-level English and Japanese proficiency.

【Preferred Qualifications】
‐Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software and system development.
‐Experience of negotiation and working with project and process management.
‐Experience in stakeholder management.
‐Experience working with Microsoft Office suite (Project, Word, Excel)
‐Good planning and organization skills with key attention to budget and resource management.

【勤務時間】
8:45〜17:30 (休憩:昼45分)
 標準労働時間8時間

【想定年収・手当】
900万円〜1700万円
※想定年収については、目安です。ご経験やスキルに応じて当社の処遇基準にて決定いたします。
