The role aims to optimize safety, reliability, and cost efficiency through the design, implementation, and operation of server infrastructure in both cloud and on-premises environments (including Windows Server, virtualization, storage, and backup systems). As the regional representative for server infrastructure in Japan, the individual will align local operations with global standards and security policies, while developing and executing implementation plans tailored to the Japanese business environment. ・Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure (Windows Server, VMware ESXi, storage, backup, etc.) ・Manage 24/7 operations and on-call support for server and virtualization environments across multiple sites ・Monitor system performance, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and provide proactive risk management ・Lead major incident resolution and root cause analysis, in coordination with global teams and vendors ・Apply IT security standards, evaluate and mitigate risks ・Collaborate with domestic and international teams, acting as a regional expert to drive problem resolution 【Inclusivity】 We are deeply committed to fostering a respectful, fair, and welcoming workplace for all individuals, perspectives, and lifestyles.
