This role leads global, cross-functional projects that enable digitalisation, operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and enhanced customer experience. The position requires a seasoned project leader who combines deep supply chain expertise with strong business acumen, digital fluency, and the ability to influence and execute in a regulated, matrixed global environment. 【Key Responsibilities】 Strategic Project Leadership ・Lead end-to-end delivery of global supply chain transformation initiatives focused on digital enablement, cost reduction, and operational excellence. ・Manage programs such as ERP / advanced planning system implementations, process digitisation, automation, and network optimisation. ・Translate business strategy into actionable project roadmaps and deliverables that achieve measurable business value. ・Establish clear governance, define KPIs, and manage project scope, timeline, and financial performance. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration ・Partner with global and regional stakeholders across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and IT to align on goals and execution plans. ・Build strong relationships with business leaders, ensuring engagement, alignment, and commitment to transformation outcomes. ・Lead project teams through influence, fostering accountability and collaboration across diverse global teams. Change & Stakeholder Management ・Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure adoption of new tools, systems, and ways of working. ・Communicate effectively to senior leadership, sponsors, and global teams, providing visibility into progress, benefits, and risk mitigation. ・Support a culture of continuous improvement, digital thinking, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Digital Supply Chain & Cost Optimisation ・Drive initiatives that enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility, agility, and resilience through advanced analytics, automation, and digital platforms. ・Identify and implement opportunities to optimise working capital, reduce supply chain costs, and improve service levels. ・Partner with data and technology teams to enable system integration, data accuracy, and real-time performance monitoring.
