This includes Target Setting, Budget, Forecasts and Actual reporting of Global consolidated figures and Management reporting for the Full P&L and Capex. This position will have the support of one direct reports plus it oversees and directs the work performed in all the Regional offices for consistent reporting and analytics in every Region. Additionally, the Global IT Finance Director will provide Financial Business partner support to the Finance and Strategy functions proving Financial insights to the CFO and CSO respectively related to IT function. 【Key Responsibilities】 ・Be the interface between the Finance and Global/Regional IT organizations in aligning functional goals and strategies to broader global initiatives. ・Provide meaningful and actionable insights / commentaries / advice / recommendations on historic financial performance and future opportunities for financial improvement. ・Deliver timely financial analysis and business counsel to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities. Identify key risks and opportunities for improvement of financial performance. ・Support mid- and long-term planning, forecasting, investment decision making and analysis that produce accurate / achievable plans and forecasts, aligned with strategic objectives of the business. ・Ensure meaningful analysis and understanding of cost drivers between Run-the-business (RTB) and Change-the-business (CTB) is appropriately implemented to bring visibility across organization. ・Implement governance around IT budgeting and control, including ownership and cost allocation across business units, functions and regions. ・Partner with the Global Chief Information Officer and their leadership team to enhance financial management understanding as a vital element of decision making. ・Provide thought leadership and guidance over core processes building efficiencies and streamlining deliverables. ・Supervisory responsibilities: 3 IT Finance Business Partners (& seniors) 【Inclusivity】 We are deeply committed to fostering a respectful, fair, and welcoming workplace for all individuals, perspectives, and lifestyles.
