The core responsibilities include ensuring that all relevant data is well-structured, consistent, and accessible across multiple business functions, systems, and applications. Additional responsibilities involve developing and implementing policies and procedures for data management, contributing to data quality initiatives, and supporting data security and usage across the Olympus ecosystem. This role works with the Data Owner Lead (Domain) to manage data flows and maintain the metadata catalogue across business domains, processes, and IT solutions. Experience/Qualifications - 5-10 years working experience in data governance, product data, data architecture, data science. - Deep understanding of master data management, data governance, and associated technologies. - Experience in Medical Technology, FMCG, or CPG experience. - Extensive experience of owning/working with product or customer data and lineage/traceability mappings (in a Global setting, preferred). - Experience in an Agile IT environment (preferred). - Ability to analyze and resolve data inconsistencies. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Ability to influence without direct authority.
