職務内容／Job duties	English follows ■職務内容（雇入れ直後 / Immediately after hiring）本ポジションのミッションは、多数の組織、あらゆるレベルのパートナーとなり、サイバー攻撃のリスクを軽減し、組織全体のサイバーセキュリティ戦略およびポリシーを開発、実装、実行することです。具体的な職務内容は下記のとおりです。・取締役会などの方針に伴う企業全体のリスク管理戦略に沿って、サイバーセキュリティのための全社戦略を策定する。・各機能におけるセキュリティ戦略の実行を、グループ全体で推進、監視する。・経営視点でのコーポレートリスクレベルを可視化する。・戦略実行の進捗状況、最新のビジネスニーズ、外部要求の変化に応じて、戦略を更新し続ける。また更新された戦略に基づき必要な対策を講じるため、関連部門と連携強化する。・エンタープライズサイバーセキュリティにおけるコーポレートリスクを特定し、特定したリスクに対する軽減策を策定したうえで、軽減策を展開するための関連機能をサポートする。・外部要因（脅威、脆弱性、法規制など）を定期的に調査する。・SIRTを含むサイバー危機管理、および企業の危機管理に沿った企業レベルのサイバーBCP/BCMを策定、運用する。・サイバー危機発生時には、CISOとともにSIRTを開催する。（変更の範囲 / Scope of change）会社の定める業務 Business as defined by the company ■入社後のキャリア中長期的には、CISO、またご本人の経験、専門性、ご希望に応じて、より経営層に近い重要ポジションへの就任可能性があります。 ■職務の魅力オリンパスグループの安全保障戦略は、22年度に再構築され組織改革を進めています。グローバルな医療技術企業として、業界をリードする真のグローバル化された医療技術企業へと変貌を遂げるためにも、情報セキュリティ室もガバナンス/オペレーションモデルや組織の変革に取り組んでいます。本ポジションの就任者は、エンタープライズサイバーセキュリティガバナンスの分野で変革を推進する中核となり、地域横断的、機能横断的に活動することになります。グローバル規模でのエンタープライズサイバーセキュリティガバナンスの確立を経験できる絶好の機会となります。 ■ポジションタイトル Vice President（異動補充） ■採用人数 1名 *************************************** ■PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partners at all levels of the organization to develop, implement, and execute organization-wide cybersecurity strategy and policies that reduce risks and mitigate consequences of cyberattacks. ・Develop corporate strategy for Enterprise Cyber security in alignment with corporate risk management strategy that is directed by GEC and Board of Directors meeting. ・Drive and monitor execution of the strategy in each function on group-wide basis. ・Visualize corporate risk level from the eyes of the Management. ・Maintain the strategy updated responding to its execution progress, latest business needs, and changes of external requirements. Cooperate with relative functions as they take necessary countermeasure based on updated strategy ・Identify corporate risks in Enterprise Cyber Security along with the corporate risk management framework, develop mitigation plans to identified risks, and support relative functions to deploy mitigation measures ・Study external factors (e.g., threats, vulnerabilities, laws & regulations) regularly. ・Develop and operate cyber crisis management including SIRT as well as corporate level cyber BCP/BCM aligned with corporate crisis management. ・Hosting SIRT with CISO in case of cyber crisis. ■Attractiveness of the Job ・ Olympus, a global medtech company is in the middle of the journey to transform ourselves into a truly globalized medteck company to sustainably lead the industry. 応募資格／Qualifications	English follows 【必須要件】・学歴：学士以上・語学：日本語、英語共にビジネスレベル以上（英語は、読み書きだけでなく、オーラル対応も必須です）・セキュリティ領域におけるシステム、プロセス、課題に関して、他者/組織へのマネジメント経験（15年以上）・中長期（10年以上15年以内）の目標設定と、達成するための戦略立案や方針検討をした経験があること・ライフサイエンスまたは医療機器業界経験者（3年以上）・グローバルIT企業/組織でのマネジメント経験（3年以上）・セキュリティインシデントに対するフォレンジック経験（3年以上） *************************************** 【MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS】・Bachelor's degree or higher ・Language: Business level or above in both Japanese and English ・Experience level enables job holder to provide leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes and challenges (More than 15 years) ・Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames (Over 10 years to 15 years) ・Life science or medical device industry experience (over 3 years) ・International IT company experience (over 3 years) ・Forensic experience against security incidents (over 3 years) ・Preferable having certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
