職務内容／Job duties 【部門と商材】 ◎ヴァレオジャパンは4つのディビジョンで構成されています 　１）パワー・ディビジョンは、電動化を加速するためにサーマルマネージメント、 　　　快適性、電動パワートレインに関する製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　２）ブレイン・ディビジョンは、 ADAS の加速とインテリア・エクスペリエンスの 　　　再創出のための製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　３）ライト・ディビジョンは、ライティング・エブリウェアに向けた製品と 　　　ソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　４）ヴァレオサービス・ディビジョンは、１〜３の商材全てのアフターサービス ※本ポジションはライト・ディビジョンの求人になります 【主な職務内容（Responsibilities）】 日本と海外拠点の橋渡しとなり、プロジェクトを技術面から成功に導きます。 ◎顧客テクニカルインターフェース ・顧客との技術議論を主導し、標準ソリューションの提案・促進を行う。 ・車両テストやベンチテストに立ち会い、現場での技術課題の特定と解決をサポート。 ◎グローバル・コミュニケーションの最適化 ・国内チームと海外設計センター（仏山・カイロ・武漢など）の連携を円滑にし、認識の齟齬を解消。 ◎要件定義・調整（Requirements Management） ・顧客要求と標準仕様のギャップを分析し、実現可能な落とし所をエンジニアリング視点で調整。 ◎進捗・変更管理のサポート ・顧客からの変更要求をプロジェクトマネージャーへ正確にフィードバックし、計画の整合性を図る。 ◎システム検証・品質保証 ・実車を用いたナイトドライブ（夜間走行テスト）への参加、および不具合の再現確認・解析。 ・ソフトウェア・システム設計のレビューを通じた問題解決。 【ポジションの魅力】 本ポジションは、日本を代表する自動車メーカーと、世界をリードするValeoグループの海外設計センター（中国・エジプト等）を繋ぐ「技術の司令塔」です。 単なる通訳や伝達役ではなく、最先端のライティングシステムやECU開発において、技術的な提案から不具合解決まで深く関与できる、非常にエキサイティングな役割です。 【Division and Products】 Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions: 　１）Power Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification. 　２）Brain Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences. 　３）Light Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere. 　４）Valeo Service Division ： Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3. This position is within the Light Division. 【Main Responsibilities】 Serve as the bridge between Japan and overseas sites, guiding projects to technical success. ◎Customer Technical Interface ・Lead technical discussions with customers, proposing and promoting standard solutions. ・Attend vehicle and bench tests, supporting the identification and resolution of technical issues on-site. ◎Optimization of Global Communication ・Facilitate smooth collaboration between the domestic team and overseas design centers (e.g., Foshan, Cairo, Wuhan), resolving misunderstandings. ◎Requirements Management and Adjustment ・Analyze the gap between customer requirements and standard specifications, adjusting feasible solutions from an engineering perspective. ◎Support for Progress and Change Management ・Accurately feedback change requests from customers to the Project Manager, ensuring plan alignment. ◎System Verification and Quality Assurance ・Participate in night drives (nighttime driving tests) using actual vehicles, and verify/analyze the reproduction of defects. ・Resolve issues through reviewing software and system designs. 【Attraction of the Position】 This position serves as the "Technical Command Center," connecting leading Japanese OEM with Valeo Group's world-leading overseas design centers (in China, Egypt, etc.). It is a highly exciting role, moving beyond simple translation or communication, where you can deeply engage in cutting-edge lighting systems and ECU development, from technical proposal to defect resolution.  応募資格／Qualifications 【応募資格（Requirements）】 言語能力： ・英語：ビジネスレベル以上（海外エンジニアおよび国内顧客と円滑に交渉できること） ・日本語：日常会話レベル 技術スキル： ・組み込みソフトウェア開発の知識（C言語） ・ソフトウェアアーキテクチャおよびシステム設計の理解 ・ASPICEプロセスに関する知識 経験： ・ 5年以上の実務経験（自動車業界での経験者、特にADASやライティング関連、ECU経験者は大歓迎） 【求める人物像】 複雑な技術課題に対して、粘り強くステークホルダー間の調整ができる方。 多文化な環境を楽しみ、海外拠点とのリモート連携に抵抗がない方。 机上の設計だけでなく、実車やベンチでのテストなど現場に近い環境で働きたい方。 【Requirements】 Language Proficiency: ・English: Business level or higher (Capable of smoothly negotiating with overseas engineers and domestic clients) ・Japanese: Conversational level Technical Skills: ・Knowledge of embedded software development (C language). ・Understanding of software architecture and system design. ・Knowledge of ASPICE processes. Experience: 5+ years of practical experience (Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable, especially in ADAS, lighting, or ECU). 【Desired Candidate Profile】 Someone who can patiently coordinate among stakeholders regarding complex technical challenges. Someone who enjoys a multicultural environment and is comfortable with remote collaboration with overseas sites.
