職務内容／Job duties 【部門と商材】 ◎ヴァレオジャパンは4つのディビジョンで構成されています 　１）パワー・ディビジョンは、電動化を加速するためにサーマルマネージメント、 　　　快適性、電動パワートレインに関する製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　２）ブレイン・ディビジョンは、 ADAS の加速とインテリア・エクスペリエンスの 　　　再創出のための製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　３）ライト・ディビジョンは、ライティング・エブリウェアに向けた製品と 　　　ソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　４）ヴァレオサービス・ディビジョンは、１〜３の商材全てのアフターサービス ※本ポジションはブレイン・ディビジョンの求人になります 【Divisions and Products】 Valeo Japan consists of four main divisions: 　１）Power Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification. 　２）Brain Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions aimed at accelerating ADAS and reinventing the interior experience. 　３）Light Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to bring "Lighting Everywhere." 　４）Valeo Service Division: Handles aftermarket services for all products covered by divisions 1 through 3. Note: This position belongs to the Brain Division. 【このポジションはどんな仕事？】 ・本ポジションは、ADAS（先進運転支援システム）の開発プロジェクトにおいて、System Design Leaderとしてシステム開発全体をリードするポジションです。 ・システム設計だけではなく、ソフトウェア・メカトロニクス・評価・機能安全など複数の開発チームと連携しながら、プロジェクト全体を技術面から推進していただきます。 ・顧客要求を開発チームへ展開し、品質・コスト・納期（QCD）のバランスを取りながら、ADASシステムの開発を成功へ導く重要な役割です。 【What You'll Do】 ・As a System Design Leader, you will lead the overall system development of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) projects. ・In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams?including Software, Mechatronics, Validation, and Functional Safety?to drive the project from a technical perspective. ・You will translate customer requirements into development activities while balancing Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD), playing a key role in ensuring the successful development of ADAS systems. 【募集背景】 ・ADASプロジェクトの拡大に伴う増員募集です。 現在進行中の複数の自動車メーカー向けプロジェクトが本格化しており、システム開発・評価フェーズにおける業務量の増加に対応するため、新たなSystem Design Leaderを募集します。 今後も新規案件が継続的に予定されており、中長期的な開発体制強化を目的とした採用となります。 【Why We're Hiring】 ・We are expanding our ADAS development organization to support the growth of multiple ongoing automotive OEM projects. ・As these projects move into full-scale system development and validation phases, we are looking for an additional System Design Leader to strengthen our engineering team. ・With several new projects planned for the future, this position is part of our long-term organizational growth strategy. 【主な業務内容】 ■システム開発リード ・ADAS製品のシステム設計・開発推進 ・顧客要求仕様の整理・展開 ・システム要件の管理 ・品質・コスト・納期（QCD）の管理 ■プロジェクト推進 ・R&Dスケジュール管理 ・開発マイルストーン管理 ・変更管理（Change Management） ・システム設計レビュー ■クロスファンクショナルチームとの連携 ・Software ・System Design ・Mechatronics ・Validation ・Functional Safety ・Cyber Security ・Configuration Management など各開発チームとの技術的な調整・推進 ■顧客対応 ・日本国内OEMとの技術的な打ち合わせ ・顧客要求事項への対応 ・技術説明・仕様調整 ■問題解決・改善活動 ・Root Cause Analysis（FTAなど） ・技術課題の分析・改善 ・継続的改善活動 ・設計品質向上 【Key Responsibilities】 ■System Development Leadership ・Lead the system design and development of ADAS products. ・Analyze and deploy customer requirements to development teams. ・Manage system requirements throughout the development lifecycle. ・Ensure the appropriate balance of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD). ■Project Management ・Manage R&D schedules and project timelines. ・Track development milestones. ・Manage engineering changes through Change Management. ・Lead and participate in system design reviews. ・Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering teams including: ■Software ・System Design ・Mechatronics ・Validation ・Functional Safety ・Cyber Security ・Configuration Management to coordinate technical activities and drive project execution. ■Customer Communication ・Participate in technical meetings with Japanese automotive OEM customers. ・Respond to customer technical requirements. ・Explain technical concepts and negotiate specifications with customers. ・Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement ・Conduct Root Cause Analysis (e.g., FTA). ・Analyze and resolve technical issues. ・Promote continuous improvement activities. ・Improve overall design quality. 【このポジションのやりがい】 ・ADAS・自動運転技術の最前線で開発に携われる ・システム全体を俯瞰しながら開発をリードできる ・海外拠点とのグローバルプロジェクトへ参画できる ・ソフトウェア・ハードウェア・評価など幅広い技術領域と関われる ・最先端車載技術の開発経験を積むことができる 【Why You'll Enjoy This Role】 ・Work on cutting-edge ADAS and autonomous driving technologies. ・Lead system development with a broad, end-to-end perspective. ・Collaborate with global engineering teams across international locations. ・Gain exposure to software, hardware, validation, and multiple engineering disciplines. ・Build valuable experience developing next-generation automotive technologies.  応募資格／Qualifications 【必須】 ・ADASシステム開発経験 ・自動車業界または組込みシステム開発経験 ・システム開発におけるリーダー経験 ・日本語：ビジネスレベル（顧客対応が可能な方） ・英語：ビジネスレベル（社内コミュニケーションで使用） 【MUST】 Experience in ADAS system development. Experience in the automotive industry or embedded systems development. Leadership experience in system development projects. Business-level Japanese with the ability to communicate directly with customers.
