【ミッション】
最先端の自動運転・車載テクノロジーを支える「ドメインコントローラー」の開発プロジェクトにおいて、品質（Quality）、コスト（Cost）、収益性（Profitability）、納期（Delivery）、スケジュール（Timing）の全目標を確実に達成すること。
プロジェクトの立ち上げから量産まで、社内各部門および顧客（自動車メーカー）との強固な連携・調整を主導し、期待を超えるプロジェクトの成功へと導くことがミッションです。
【職務概要】
割り当てられたOEM/OES向けドメインコントローラー開発プロジェクトの全体統括、コスト管理、およびプロジェクトチームメンバー（PTM）のマネジメントを担当します。
業務の比率は、プロジェクトマネジメント（PM）業務が70％、コスト管理業務が30％となります。
本ポジションは、実務を自ら直接操作するだけでなく、部下やメンバーへ適切にタスクを割り当て（アサイン）、組織のパフォーマンスを最大化させるマネジメント能力が求められる重要な役割です。
【職務内容】
1. プロジェクトマネジメント（PM）業務（全体の70%）
・プロジェクト全体のスコープ定義、マイルストーン達成に向けたスケジュール・シナリオの策定と進捗管理。
・プロジェクトチームメンバー（PTM）のアクティビティチェック、評価、目標設定、および育成。
・課題発生時における、関係部門を巻き込んだプロジェクトエスカレーションの主導と解決推進。
・Valeoの価値観、文化、標準（製品、手法、ツール）、倫理規定、および安全衛生環境（HSE）要件の遵守とチーム内への浸透。
2. コスト・収益性管理（全体の30%）
・プロジェクトの収益性（製品開発、開発投資回収、マージン等）目標の達成。
・プロジェクト予算（担当システム含む）の定義と管理。
・投資申請（CAA/IAR）の作成・提出、およびメンバーから提出されるコストの精査・チャレンジ。
・「Design to Cost（原価企画）」手法の適用、および目標乖離時における迅速な上位層へのエスカレーション。
3. 顧客対応・コミュニケーション管理
・内外（社内および国内外の自動車メーカー）の変更管理と、チーム内でのコーディネート。
・各種委員会やガバナンスステージに向けた意思決定プロセスの準備、および進捗報告書の作成・検証。
・国内外の顧客（ローカルおよびセントラル）との良好な関係構築と、プロジェクト進捗に関するタイムリーなアップデート。
4. 品質管理・組織マネジメント（品質関連業務）
・プロジェクトの品質目標達成に向けた全体管理。
・不具合や品質問題発生時における、関係部門と連携した解決推進および顧客への説明・報告。
※品質実務そのものを自ら直接操作するのではなく、部下やメンバーへ適切にタスクをアサイン・設定し、組織として課題を解決するマネジメントを担います。
【Division and Products】
Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions:
１）Power Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.
２）Brain Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences.
３）Light Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere.
４）Valeo Service Division ： Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1〜3.
This position is within the Brain Division.
[Mission]
In the development project for the “domain controller” that underpins cutting-edge autonomous driving and in-vehicle technologies, ensure the achievement of all targets related to quality, cost, profitability, delivery, and timing.
Your mission is to lead strong collaboration and coordination with various internal departments and customers (automobile manufacturers) from project launch through mass production, guiding the project to success that exceeds expectations.
【Job Overview】
You will be responsible for the overall supervision of assigned domain controller development projects for OEMs/OES, cost management, and the management of project team members (PTMs).
The breakdown of responsibilities is 70% project management (PM) and 30% cost management.
This is a critical role that requires not only hands-on execution but also the managerial ability to appropriately assign tasks to subordinates and team members to maximize organizational performance.
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Project Management (PM) Tasks (70% of total workload)
・Defining the overall project scope, formulating schedules and scenarios to achieve milestones, and managing progress.
・Monitoring, evaluating, setting goals for, and developing Project Team Members (PTMs).
・Leading project escalations involving relevant departments and driving resolutions when issues arise.
・Ensuring compliance with and promoting Valeo’s values, culture, standards (products, methods, tools), ethical guidelines, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements within the team.
2. Cost and Profitability Management (30% of total workload)
・Achieve project profitability targets (product development, return on development investment, margins, etc.).
・Define and manage project budgets (including assigned systems).
・Prepare and submit investment requests (CAA/IAR), and review and challenge costs submitted by team members.
・Apply “Design to Cost” methodologies and promptly escalate deviations from targets to senior management.
3. Customer Relations and Communication Management
・Change management for internal and external stakeholders (including internal teams and domestic/international automakers) and coordination within the team.
・Preparation of decision-making processes for various committees and governance stages, as well as the creation and verification of progress reports.
・Building and maintaining positive relationships with domestic and international customers (local and central) and providing timely updates on project progress.
4. Quality Control and Organizational Management (Quality-Related Operations)
・Overall management to ensure the achievement of project quality objectives.
・In the event of defects or quality issues, driving resolution in collaboration with relevant departments and providing explanations and reports to customers.
*Note: Rather than directly performing quality control tasks yourself, you will be responsible for management?appropriately assigning and setting tasks for subordinates and team members to resolve issues as an organization.

| 応募資格／Qualifications |
＜必須（Must）＞
・自動車業界における実務経験（技術的なバックグラウンドや知識は必須）
・メカトロニクス分野における生産管理の経験
・SMT/PCBAに関する製品知識および実務経験、またはソフトウェアリフレッシュに関する実務経験・理解（特にSMT/PCBAの製品知識を重視）
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（顧客対応は英語で実施するため必須）
＜歓迎（Want）＞
・プロジェクトチーム（複数名）のマネジメント、またはリーダーシップ経験
・テレマティクス製品におけるプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
・SMT/PCBA製品の深い理解がある方（製品理解があれば、営業バックグラウンドの方も選考対象となります）
・SMT/PCBA製品の経験がない場合、類似製品（電子部品等）に関する知識・経験
・日本語力（社内コミュニケーションに役立つため、あれば尚可）
・日本での就業経験は不問（中国籍の候補者も含め、グローバルに歓迎します）
＜Must＞
・Professional experience in the automotive industry (technical background or knowledge is mandatory).
・Production management experience in the field of mechatronics.
・Product knowledge and hands-on experience with SMT/PCBA, OR hands-on experience/understanding of software refreshing (particular emphasis is placed on SMT/PCBA product knowledge).
・Business-level English proficiency (mandatory as client communication will be conducted in English).
＜Want＞
・Project team management or leadership experience (managing multiple members).
・Project management experience with telematics products.
・Deep understanding of SMT/PCBA products (candidates with a sales background will also be considered if they possess strong product understanding).
・In the absence of SMT/PCBA product experience, knowledge and experience with similar products (such as electronic components).
・Japanese language skills (welcomed, as it is helpful for internal communication).
・Prior work experience in Japan is not required (we welcome global talent, including Chinese nationals). |
