職務内容／Job duties 【ミッション / Mission】 安全でインテリジェントな次世代ライティングシステムの実現 走行状況をリアルタイムで解析し、最適な配光制御を行うECU開発の要として、技術要件の定義からアーキテクチャ設計までをリードしていただきます。 Realizing next-generation safe and intelligent lighting systems. As a key engineer in lighting ECU development, you will lead technical requirement definitions and architectural design to enable real-time analysis and optimal light distribution control. 【職務概要 / Job Summary】 次世代ライティングシステム（ADB：配光可変ヘッドランプ、アニメーションランプ等）における、システムエンジニアリング業務全般を担当します。OEM（完成車メーカー）との折衝から、社内の各専門部署（ソフト・ハード・メカ）への要件展開、V字プロセスに沿ったシステム設計まで、開発の最上流工程を担う重要なポジションです。 You will be responsible for overall system engineering for next-generation lighting systems (ADB, animation lamps, etc.). This is a critical upstream position covering everything from negotiations with OEMs to requirements dissemination to internal hardware/software/mechanical teams and system design following the V-model. 【職務内容 / Responsibilities】 顧客折衝と要件定義 / Customer Negotiation & Requirements Definition: ・OEMとの技術的な要件定義および折衝（Technical requirements negotiation with OEMs） システム設計 / System Design: ・A-SPICEに準拠したシステム要件定義およびアーキテクチャ設計（System requirements definition and architecture design compliant with A-SPICE） 部門間調整 / Inter-departmental Coordination: ・ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、メカニカル各部門への要件展開とインターフェースの調整（Requirement dissemination and interface coordination for HW/SW/Mech departments） プロジェクト管理 / Project Management: ・V字プロセスに基づいたシステム開発全体の進捗・品質管理（Management of development progress and quality based on the V-model process） 【このポジションの魅力 / Why Join Us?】 ・視覚的なやりがい / Visual Impact: 自身の設計したライトが夜間の道路を照らし、安全を支えていることを製品（外装部品）を通じて直接実感できます。 ・最先端技術 / Cutting-edge Tech: ADB（アダプティブ・ドライビング・ビーム）や複雑なアニメーション制御など、ADAS（運転支援）と連動した高度な開発に挑戦できます。 ・グローバルな環境 / Global Collaboration: 海外チームとの協業プロジェクトも多く、グローバルなキャリアを築ける環境です。  応募資格／Qualifications ■必須要件 (Must) 車両、車載ECU、または車載部品の開発実務経験（3年以上）。 組込み製品におけるシステム設計、またはソフト/ハード開発の経験。 車載通信プロトコル（CAN, LIN等）に関する知識。 社内外のステークホルダーと円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力。 日本語：ネイティブレベル。 英語：基礎会話レベル以上。 ■歓迎要件 (Want) 機能安全規格（ISO 26262）やサイバーセキュリティ規格に関する知見。 C言語、またはモデルベース開発（MATLAB/Simulink）の基礎知識。 ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外拠点や海外OEMとの実務経験）。 ■ Must Requirements ・At least 3 years of hands-on development experience in vehicles, in-vehicle ECUs, or automotive components. ・Experience in system design and/or software/hardware development for embedded products. ・Knowledge of in-vehicle communication protocols such as CAN and LIN. ・Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. ・Japanese: Native level ・English: Basic conversational level or above ■ Preferred Qualifications ・Knowledge of functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and cybersecurity standards. ・Basic knowledge of C programming or model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink). ・Business-level English proficiency (experience working with overseas offices or global OEMs is a plus).  待遇／Salary & Benefits 【勤務時間】 所定労働時間8時間 フレックスタイム：あり　※業務状況に応じて 休憩時間：60分 【待遇・福利厚生】 リモートワーク（規定上週1日）ありますが、業務上出社がメインとなります 交通費支給 退職金制度 財形貯蓄制度 健康保険 厚生年金保険 雇用保険 労災保険 産前産後休暇・育児休業制度 借上社宅制度（社内規定あり） 試用期間：　6カ月 【休日・休暇】 完全週休2日制 有給休暇 休日日数121日 土曜、日曜、リフレッシュ休暇、慶弔休暇 年末年始休暇、ゴールデンウィーク休暇、夏季休暇（会社カレンダーあり） 【昇給・賞与】 昇給：年1回（7月） 賞与：年2回（7月、12月）  勤務地／Location ■市光工業株式会社 伊勢原オフィス 神奈川県伊勢原市板戸80
