職務内容／Job duties 【募集概要】 当社グループは100周年を迎え、世界で初めて自動運転レベル3を開発する等、業界をリードし、今後更なる進化を遂げるためにグループ一体となり、新たな挑戦のステージに入っています。 今回は、射出成形プロセスエンジニアを募集します。 【部門と商材】 ◎ヴァレオジャパンは4つのディビジョンで構成されています 　１）パワー・ディビジョンは、電動化を加速するためにサーマルマネージメント、 　　　快適性、電動パワートレインに関する製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　２）ブレイン・ディビジョンは、 ADAS の加速とインテリア・エクスペリエンスの 　　　再創出のための製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　３）ライト・ディビジョンは、ライティング・エブリウェアに向けた製品と 　　　ソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　４）ヴァレオサービス・ディビジョンは、１〜３の商材全てのアフターサービス ※本ポジションはパワー・ディビジョンの求人になります 【ミッション】 ・新しいプラスチック部品、金型、工程のエンジニアリングをSOPに沿って管理する。 ・材料、設計、工程の改善を定義、実施し、品質、コスト、納期を改善する。 【業務内容】 ◎General: ・全製品の品質基準を維持し、欠陥ゼロの製造方法を確保する。 ・ローカルおよびグローバルプラットフォーム（金型コンセプトの世界的な調整）の品質、コスト、納期の要件を満たすために、仕様に従ってプラスチック部品のエンジニアリングに責任を持つ。 ・新製品立ち上げの金型と工程について、生産までの各マイルストーンでサポートを提供し、新しい工程、部品、金型の開発に製造とエンジニアリングのインプットを提供する。 ・ヴァレオの標準と手順（RAISE）に従い、金型設計と承認プロセスをリードする。 ・コスト、品質、デザインに関して、現在の製品ラインに関連する既存の工程と金型のリーン＆継続的な改善を特定する。 ・標準を改善し、定義するためのグローバルな調整に関与する。新しい金型コンセプトやプロセスの可能性を特定し、調査する。 ・現場での安全手順を適用し、安全規則遵守の模範となる。 ◎Essential: ・ヴァレオ生産システム、TPMルールに基づいたプラスチック部品、金型、工程の製造設計。 ・新製品を分析し、新しいコンポーネントやP2を統合する。 ・R&DのCAD設計者をサポートする。 ・成形FMEA、SPPC定義、公差適用。 ・金型加工を簡素化し、成形条件を最適化し、コストを削減するために、部品の改善点を特定する。 ・金型の特徴、サイズ、射出成形機の定義。 ・予備金型設計、金型コストと時期見積もり、見積もり依頼の作成。 ・3D金型設計のレイアウト検証、金型検討。 ・Moldflowのシミュレーション結果を分析し、新しい金型に解決策を実装し、成形工程ウィンドウを定義する。 ・オフツールから初期サンプルまでの技術部品と金型チューニングループを管理し、成形トライアウトを管理し、信頼性の高いロバストな部品検証とロバストな生産を保証するためにプロセスウィンドウを定義し、複製する。 ・ヴァレオまたはサプライヤーへの金型移管と生産開始をサポートし、技術およびメンテナンスブックを確立する。 ・ツールメーカー（現在または新規）を評価し、ツールメーカーにヴァレオの基準を教える。 ・製造およびサプライヤーからのフィードバックを活用し、是正措置および予防措置（コストダウン、問題解決、トラブルシューティング...）を開始する。 【組織構成】 樹脂成型チーム5名 【出張】 ・苅田　 ・サプライヤーへ月2回ほど 　 【年収やチーム構成】 ・年収：　7M ※経験やスキルによって変わりますのでご相談ください ・チーム構成：5名前後 【Job Overview】 Our group is celebrating its 100th anniversary and continues to lead the industry, including being the first in the world to develop Level 3 autonomous driving. We are currently seeking a Process Engineering Injection Engineer. 【Division and Products】 Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions: 　１）Power Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification. 　２）Brain Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences. 　３）Light Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere. 　４）Valeo Service Division ： Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3. This position is within the Power Division. 【MISSION】 - Manage the engineering of new plastic part, molds and process until to the SOP. - Define and implement improvements in materials, designs and processes resulting in measurable improvement of quality, costs and delivery. 【Responsibilities】 ◎General: - Maintain quality standards on all products to ensure manufacturing with zero defect methodology including process documentation required. - Responsible for plastic part engineering according to the specifications in order to meet the requirement of quality, cost and delivery time for local and global platform (worldwide coordination of mold concept). - Provide support on new product launch tooling and process at each milestone through production, providing the manufacturing and engineering inputs for development of new process, parts and tooling. - Lead the tooling design and approval process according to the Valeo standards & Procedure (RAISE). - Identify lean & continuous improvement to existing process and tooling related to current product lines with regard to the cost, quality, and/or design. - Involve in a global coordination to improve and define standards. Identify and investigate potential new tooling concepts and processes. - Apply in his field safety procedure and have a role model in safety rule appliance. ◎Essential: - Design for manufacturing a plastic part, mold and process according to Valeo Production System & TPM rules. - Analyze new product in order to integrate new components and P2. - Support R&D CAD designer about plastic part engineering. - Involve in Molding FMEA, SPPC definition and tolerances application. - Investigate design to cost solutions, identify improvement on part to simplify the machining of tool, optimize molding conditions and reduce cost. - Define mold features, size and injection molding machine. - Establish request for quotation with preliminary mold design, with tool cost & timing estimation. - Validate 3D molds design for layout and mold studies acceptance. - Analyze Moldflow simulation results, implement solution in new mold, and define molding process window. - Manage the technical part and mold tuning loops from Off Tool to Initial samples, manage the molding tryouts, define & duplicate the process window to ensure reliable and robust part validation & robust production. - Support tooling transfer and Start of Production at Valeo or supplier; Establish technical & maintenance book. - Evaluate toolmaker (current or new) and teach toolmaker about Valeo standards. - Capitalize feedback from production and supplier to initiate corrective and preventive actions (cost breakdown, problem solving, troubleshooting...). 【Team】 5 people in Plastic Molding Team 【Business trips】 ・Kanda ・Supplier About twice a month 　 【Compensation & Team Structure】 ・Annual Salary: JPY 7 million Negotiable depending on experience and skills. ・Team Size: Approximately 5 members  応募資格／Qualifications 【必須】 ・日本語、英語、中国語どれか話せる方 ※中国語のみの場合は、日本語・英語どちらか片言でも話せる人が良い ・射出成形の関連経験　1年以上 【尚可】 ・機械工学出身者 ・自動車技術部品の金型設計エンジニアリングで5年間従事 【補足】 成形に関することに不安な方への教育も実施（成型機メーカーが開催する 1週間/年に3回）しております [Required] - Ability to communicate in Japanese, English, or Chinese ※If the candidate speaks only Chinese, basic conversational ability in either Japanese or English is preferred. - At least 1 year of experience related to injection molding [Preferred] - Background in Mechanical Engineering - 5 years of experience in mold design engineering for automotive components [Additional Information] Training and education are provided for candidates who are not fully confident in molding-related work.
