職務内容／Job duties ■ ポジション概要 世界的な自動車部品メーカー「ヴァレオ」の最先端テクノロジー部門「BRAIN Division」において、自動運転技術（Driving Automation）を担うR&D組織の統括マネージャーを募集します。 本ポジションでは、東京（品川）および茨城（筑波）に拠点を構える約90名規模のエンジニア組織のピープルマネジメントと、顧客・グローバル本社との技術連携をリードしていただきます。 日本市場における戦略実行を推進する、極めて重要かつ裁量の大きいマネジメントポジションです。 ■ 主な業務内容 Driving Automation部門（約90名）の研究開発組織を統括 技術開発計画（TDP: Technology Development Plan）の立案・推進への貢献 日本国内OEMとの技術的窓口（Customer Interface） 製品ラインを横断したR&D技術活動の管理 最新の技術リソース・スキルがチーム内で活用できる体制の構築 チームマネジメント（人材育成・評価・組織開発） 開発予算の管理・最適化 ---------- ■ Position Overview Valeo is seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead the Driving Automation Division within our advanced technology business unit, BRAIN Division, in Japan. You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse R&D organization of approximately 90 engineers across two sites (Shinagawa and Tsukuba). As the local leader, you will drive engineering execution, talent development, and strategic alignment with OEM customers and Valeo’s global headquarters.
