職務内容／Job duties 【仕事内容】 取り扱い商材：ランプを構成している部品の全て サプライヤーの国別割合：国内60%、残り中国など ・プロジェクトチームの一員として新規開発の案件に購買担当として参加し、購買が関与するすべてのプロジェクト活動（NPA、PRKF、Sourcing Plan、PSC、PMC、IAR、TOGO、FDPR、ISVA、SOP）をリードまたはサポートし、プロジェクト終了まで遂行する ・新規部品の価格交渉、発注先決定、量産に向けた開発サポート、スケジュール管理(QCDIマネージメント) ・流用部品のリソーシング及び価格交渉活動、生産キャパシティの確認 ・VA・VE提案の回収、社内及び得意先との協業 ・プロジェクトの利益率を含めたインデックス管理 ・各種ドキュメント管理 ◎開発購買（P3/P2）対応 ・コモディティ組織と連携し、事前ソーシング対象サプライヤーを提案・承認する ・Valeoの知的財産を保護するための契約事項をすべて管理し、セグメントパネルに準拠する 【JD】 Products Handled: All components constituting lamps Supplier Distribution by Country: Domestic 60%, remainder from China, etc. ・As a member of project team attends Project Meetings as buyer leads and/or supports all project activities where purchasing is involved (NPA, PRKF, Sourcing Plan, PSC,PMC, IAR, TOGO, FDPR, ISVA, SOP) ?till completion of project closure. ・Working on new designed components, on negotiation, Supplier award, support the development, and schedule management( QCDI conditions.) ? ・Working on carry over components on resourcing or negotiation and production capacity check ・Proposale VA・VE idea/working with intenally and Customers ・Index management including Project purchasing index ・Management of related documents ◎Advance development Purchasing (P3/P2）対応 ・Coworking with Segment team including Valeo, suggestion/approval of pre sourcing suppliers ・To protect the intellectual property, manage and control the NDA,/follow the segment panel" 【本ポジションの1日の動き/Daily Activities】 8:30 朝礼 / Morning Meeting AM プロジェクト会議（2〜3つ）、メール確認など / Project meetings (2-3), checking emails, etc. PM サプライヤー来社の対応（新製品の説明など）、購買のグループミーティング、Valeoとの会議 / Handling supplier visits (including new product presentations), purchasing group meetings, and meetings with Valeo 【キャリアパス/Career Path】 ・購買の中で様々な業務を担っていただく中で、購買のスペシャリストになっていただき、チームと連携を取り、マネジメントポジションも目指していただけます ・セグメント購買（各プロジェクトから集めた商材の購買）やサイト購買（工場内で使用する商材の購買）などへ異動も可能です ・You can become a specialist in purchasing by taking charge of various tasks within purchasing. ・In the future, you can work together with the team and eventually aim for a management position. 【本ポジションの魅力/Attractiveness of this Position】 ・ランプを構成している部品の全てを担当するので、幅広い部品の知識を得ることができます ・国内外の色々なサプライヤー、社内の複数の部署と仕事を進めてプロジェクトの目標を達成することが出来ます ・This position provides opportunities to get the knowledge of many kinds of components because you manage all the components for the lamp. ・You can archive the project goal cooperated with many suppliers of Japan/overseas and departments internally 【出張/Business Trip】 厚木工場と群馬の藤岡工場に車で行ける方（社有車使用可能）　＊３〜４か月に１回程度 Atsugi Plant and Fujioka Plant in Gunma (company vehicle use permitted) *Approximately once every 3-4 months   応募資格／Qualifications 【必須条件】 ・日本語ビジネスレベル（N1レベル相当） ・英語TOEIC(R)テスト650点程度（会話、メール、文書作成等） ・自動車免許　社用車で取引先に行くため 【歓迎条件】 ・製造業での購買経験がある方 ・SAP(会計システム)の使用経験 [Essential criteria] ・Business Level Japanese（N1 level） ・English skill for talking, sending email, make documents in english (ex:TOEIC score about 650) ・Driver's license 　※To drive company vehicles to client locations [Desirable criteria] ・Experience of the purchasing at manufacturing industry ・Using SAP system  待遇／Salary & Benefits 【勤務時間】 フレックスタイム制度有り（コアタイム無し） 休憩時間:本社　60分 【待遇・福利厚生】 在宅勤務：週1回 交通費支給　（社内規定にて支給） マイカー通勤ＯＫ 退職金制度 財形貯蓄制度 健康保険 厚生年金保険 雇用保険 労災保険 共済会制度 食堂施設（本社、藤岡製造所、厚木製造所） 契約レジャー 借上社宅制度（社内規定あり） 試用期間：　６カ月 【休日・休暇】 完全週休2日制 有給休暇　初年度14日〜　最大22日 ３連続休暇制度 休日日数121日 土曜、日曜、リフレッシュ休暇、慶弔休暇 年末年始休暇、ゴールデンウィーク休暇、夏季休暇（会社カレンダーあり） 昇給：年1回（7月） 賞与：年2回（７月、12月）  勤務地／Location 神奈川県伊勢原市板戸80
