職務内容／Job duties 【仕事内容】 このポジションで調達する部品の5割以上は電子部品となります - 原材料および部品の在庫を管理する - 顧客の全需要を満たすために、材料と部品が確実に調達できる状態にするる - ボトルネックを特定し、適切な迅速な解決策を計画する - サプライヤーの納期遅延が予測される場合、信頼できる情報を体系的に収集し、内部顧客および工場内の関連部門すべてに伝達する →海外のValeo拠点（中国、タイなど）に加え、国内外の外部サプライヤーへの対応（電話、メールなど） 【キャリアパス】 ・生産計画 ・CIMなど [JD] Over 50% of the parts procured in this position are electronic components. - Is in charge of the inventory level of his Raw materials and components families - Make sure that the materials and components are available to met the complete customer demand - Identify blocking points and plan appropriate quick actions to solve them - When predicting suppliers not delivering on-time, systematically collect reliable information and communicate it to his /her internal customers and all relevant departments in the plant. →Handling communications with Valeo's overseas locations (China, Thailand, etc.) and external suppliers both domestically and internationally (via phone, email, etc.) [Career Path] ・Production Planning ・CIM, etc.   応募資格／Qualifications 【必須】 ・メーカーで調達の経験：2−3年 ・日本語/英語：ビジネスレベル 【あれば尚可】 ・中国語 ・SAP経験者 【求める人材】 ・商品遅延や増産、減産などの対応ができる ・臨機応変に納品などの管理できる方 ・購買が購入したものをしっかり管理運用できる方 【Required】 ・2-3 years of procurement experience at a manufacturer ・Japanese/English: Business level 【Want】 ・Speaking Chinese ・SAP experience 【Desired Qualities】 ・Ability to handle product delays, production increases, or decreases ・The ability to flexibly manage deliveries ・Strong management and operational skills for items purchased by the procurement team  待遇／Salary & Benefits 【勤務時間】 8:00〜17:00 （所定労働時間8時間） フレックスタイム：あり 休憩時間：60分 【待遇・福利厚生】 交通費支給 退職金制度 財形貯蓄制度 健康保険 厚生年金保険 雇用保険 労災保険 借上社宅制度（組合員のみ、社内規定あり） 試用期間：あり（3カ月） 【休日・休暇】 完全週休2日制 有給休暇：初年度17日、2年目18日、3年目19日、4年目以降20日 休日日数121日 土曜、日曜、リフレッシュ休暇、慶弔休暇 年末年始休暇、ゴールデンウィーク休暇、夏季休暇（会社カレンダーあり） 【昇給・賞与】 昇給：年1回（4月） 賞与：年2回（7月、12月） 本ポジションの現金年間総報酬レンジで経験や現行の報酬を考慮します。  勤務地／Location ■株式会社ヴァレオジャパン 茨城工場 〒311-2448 茨城県潮来市須賀2994 車： 東関東自動車道　潮来I.C.料金所を出て水戸・鹿島方面へ。茨城日産のある交差点を右折。次の信号を左折すると当工場 電車： JR鹿島線　潮来駅下車。駅よりタクシーで約10分。 バス： 東京駅　八重洲南口より鹿島神宮行へ乗車。 水郷潮来下車。タクシーで約10分。 JRバス関東　03-3215-0489
