職務内容／Job duties 【部門と商材】 ◎ヴァレオジャパンは4つのディビジョンで構成されています 　１）パワー・ディビジョンは、電動化を加速するためにサーマルマネージメント、 　　　快適性、電動パワートレインに関する製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　２）ブレイン・ディビジョンは、 ADAS の加速とインテリア・エクスペリエンスの 　　　再創出のための製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　３）ライト・ディビジョンは、ライティング・エブリウェアに向けた製品と 　　　ソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　４）ヴァレオサービス・ディビジョンは、１〜３の商材全てのアフターサービス ※本ポジションはブレイン・ディビジョンの求人になります 【ミッション】 ソフトウェアエンジニアリングのスペシャリストとして、革新的な製品開発（Comfort & Driving Assistance）を技術面・管理面から牽引すること。また、業界最高水準のプロセスと標準を導入・維持し、チームおよび組織全体の開発パフォーマンスを最大化させることをミッションとします。 【職務サマリー（Job Summary）】 Software Team Leader： BRAIN TOK6プロジェクトにおける実務リーダーとして、5〜8名のエンジニアチームを直接率います。技術的な意思決定、プロジェクトの進捗管理、およびメンバーの育成を通じて、高品質な組み込みソフトウェアを期日通りに提供することに責任を持ちます。 Software Development Manager： エンジニアリング部門全体の「仕組み」を作る責任者です。開発プロセス（P, M&T）の定義、グローバル標準の展開、予算管理、および組織全体のスキル底上げを担当します。現場のプロジェクトが円滑に、かつ効率的に進むための基盤構築に責任を持ちます。 【職務内容（Job Responsibilities）】 Software Team Leader： 現場指揮: チームメンバーへの技術指導、コードレビュー、およびメンタリングの実施。 開発実行: 要件定義からアーキテクチャ設計、実装、テストに至る開発サイクルの監督。 進捗管理: プロジェクトのタイムライン、マイルストーン、成果物のトラッキングと納期遵守。 リスク対応: 技術的課題の特定と迅速な解決策の提案、および品質規格（ISO 26262等）への適合。 Software Development Manager： プロセスガバナンス: 標準プロセス（CMMI等）の定義、維持、およびグローバル拠点への展開。 効率化推進: 開発コスト削減に向けた改善活動（Efficiency Plan）の立案と実行。 能力開発: 組織全体のトレーニング計画の策定と、技術エキスパートの選定・育成。 経営資源管理: 部門予算の策定・最適化、および拠点間（VECs/TECs）のリソース調整。 【Divisions and Products】 ◎Valeo Japan is organized into four divisions: 　1) The Power Division designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification. 　2) The Brain Division designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and redefine the interior experience. 3) The Light Division designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for Lighting Everywhere. 4) The Valeo Service Division provides after-sales service for all products from Divisions 1 to 3. ※This position is within the BRAIN Division 【Mission】 As a Software Engineering Specialist, drive innovative product development (Comfort & Driving Assistance) from both technical and managerial perspectives. Additionally, introduce and maintain industry-leading processes and standards to maximize development performance across the team and entire organization. 【Job Summary】 Software Team Leader: As the hands-on leader for the BRAIN TOK6 project, you will directly manage a team of 5-8 engineers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality embedded software on schedule through technical decision-making, project progress management, and team member development. Software Development Manager: Responsible for building the “system” for the entire Engineering Department. This includes defining development processes (P, M&T), deploying global standards, managing budgets, and elevating the skill level across the organization. You will be responsible for establishing the foundation to ensure on-site projects proceed smoothly and efficiently. 【Job Responsibilities】 Software Team Leader: On-site Leadership: Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members. Development Execution: Overseeing the development cycle from requirements definition through architecture design, implementation, and testing. Progress Management: Tracking project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met. Risk Management: Identifying technical challenges, proposing rapid solutions, and ensuring compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 26262). Software Development Manager: Process Governance: Defining, maintaining, and deploying standard processes (e.g., CMMI) to global locations. Efficiency Promotion: Planning and executing improvement activities (Efficiency Plan) to reduce development costs. Capability Development: Formulating organization-wide training plans and selecting/developing technical experts.
