職務内容／Job duties	【会社概要｜Valeo Japan（ヴァレオジャパン）について】 Valeo Japanは、フランスに本社を置くグローバル自動車部品サプライヤーValeo Groupの日本法人です。日本国内に複数の開発・製造拠点を持ち、電動化・ADAS・ライティングなど、次世代モビリティを支える製品の設計・開発・製造を行っています。【部門と商材】 ◎ヴァレオジャパンは4つのディビジョンで構成されています　１）パワー・ディビジョンは、電動化を加速するためにサーマルマネージメント、　　　快適性、電動パワートレインに関する製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造　２）ブレイン・ディビジョンは、 ADAS の加速とインテリア・エクスペリエンスの　　　再創出のための製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造　３）ライト・ディビジョンは、ライティング・エブリウェアに向けた製品と　　　ソリューションの設計、開発、製造　４）ヴァレオサービス・ディビジョンは、１～３の商材全てのアフターサービス ※本ポジションはブレイン・ディビジョンの求人になります【このポジションはどんな仕事？】・ドメインコントローラー製品および量産中のその他の製品を担当する電子エンジニア。　茨城拠点にて、「ドメインコントローラー」（ADAS、ボディ、または統合コックピット向け）のハードウェア設計・開発を主に担当して頂きます。・その役割は、ヴァレオのグローバル基準と最先端技術を活かし、高性能SoC（システムオンチップ）や高速通信インターフェースを搭載した複雑な製品を開発し、機能安全（ISO 26262）及びサイバーセキュリティの両方の要件を満たす製品を提供することがミッションです。【募集背景】 ADx向け新規プロジェクトの量産を茨城工場で担当することになり、体制強化のため新たに採用を行います。前任者の補充ではなく、新規プロジェクトに伴う増員募集です。【主な業務内容】 ◎ ハードウェア設計・開発・ドメインコントローラー製品の電子回路設計・開発・アナログ／デジタル回路設計・SoC、MCU、DDR4／DDR5メモリ周辺回路設計・電源回路（DC-DC Converter、PMIC等）の設計・CAN、LIN等の車載通信回路設計 ◎ 開発ドキュメント作成・ITS（製造テスト仕様書）の作成・SPPC（特殊製品・工程特性）の作成・技術文書・設計資料の作成 ◎ クロスファンクショナル連携・Software Team、System Team、Mechanical Team、Manufacturing Team　との協働による製品最適化・BOM最適化・生産性向上検討・技術課題解決 ◎ 設計レビュー・検証・Design Review（DR）への参加・EOLT（End Of Line Tester）の試験要求策定・製品検証・量産性確認 ◎ 工場量産移管・技術移転・図面・仕様書・BOM等の製品定義情報の移管・生産部門への技術移転・製造工程立上げ支援 ◎ 量産サポート・品質改善・工場QRQCへの参加・量産不具合の原因分析・製造現場との問題解決活動・EOLT技術支援【このポジションのやりがい】・ADx向け最先端ADAS製品に携われる・グローバル標準の車載電子製品開発を経験できる・設計だけでなく量産化まで携われる・技術力を活かしながら主体的に活躍できる環境・将来的にTechnical LeaderやProject Engineerへのキャリアパスあり【Company Overview \| About Valeo Japan】 Valeo Japan is the Japanese subsidiary of the Valeo Group, a leading global automotive supplier headquartered in France. Note: This position belongs to the Brain Division. 【Position Overview】・An electronics engineer responsible for domain controller products and other products currently in mass production. Based at the Ibaraki office, you will primarily be responsible for the hardware design and development of “domain controllers” (for ADAS, body systems, or integrated cockpits). ・Your mission will be to leverage Valeo’s global standards and cutting-edge technologies to develop complex products equipped with high-performance SoCs (Systems-on-Chip) and high-speed communication interfaces, ensuring they meet both functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity requirements. 【Recruitment Background】 Due to a new ADx project being assigned for mass production at our Ibaraki plant, we are opening this position to strengthen our organizational structure. This is an expansion-driven recruitment to support the new project, not a backfill for a departure. 【Key Responsibilities】 ◎Hardware Design & Development ・Design and develop electronic circuits for domain controller products. ・Design analog/digital circuits. ・Design peripheral circuits for SoCs, MCUs, and DDR4/DDR5 memory. ・Design power supply circuits (DC-DC converters, PMICs, etc.). ・Design automotive communication circuits (CAN, LIN, etc.). ◎Development Documentation ・Create ITS (In-circuit Test Specifications). ・Create SPPC (Special Product and Process Characteristics). ・Prepare technical documents and design reference materials. ◎Cross-Functional Collaboration ・Collaborate with the Software, System, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams to achieve product optimization. ・Optimize BOM (Bill of Materials). ・Evaluate productivity improvements. ・Resolve technical issues. ◎Design Review & Verification ・Participate in Design Reviews (DR). ・Define test requirements for EOLT (End of Line Tester). ・Conduct product verification and mass-production viability checks. ◎Production Transfer & Technical Transfer ・Transfer product definition information, including drawings, specifications, and BOMs. ・Execute technical transfer to the production department. ・Support the launch of manufacturing processes. ◎Mass Production Support & Quality Improvement ・Participate in plant QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control). ・Analyze causes of defects during mass production. ・Drive problem-solving activities on the manufacturing shop floor. ・Provide technical support for EOLT. 【Why This Role is Rewarding】・Opportunity to work on cutting-edge ADAS products for ADx. ・Gain experience in developing automotive electronic products that meet global standards. ・Involvement in the complete lifecycle?from initial design to final mass production. ・An environment where you can take initiative while leveraging your technical expertise. ・Future career paths available toward Technical Leader or Project Engineer roles.
