【部門と商材】

１）パワー・ディビジョンは、電動化を加速するためにサーマルマネージメント、
快適性、電動パワートレインに関する製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造
２）ブレイン・ディビジョンは、 ADAS の加速とインテリア・エクスペリエンスの
再創出のための製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造
３）ライト・ディビジョンは、ライティング・エブリウェアに向けた製品と

【担当プロジェクト】
・新しいプロジェクトに携わっていただきます
・製品：ADｘ全体
【具体的な業務内容】
社内のプロジェクトチームと連携しながら下記業務をすすめていただきます。
�‘�常業務
・上長（N+1）との日次レポーティングおよびコミュニケーション
・プロジェクトにおける日次ミーティング（QRQC）の実施（納入情報共有を目的）
・チームと各生産拠点間での週次QAミーティングの立ち上げ・運営
・OEM顧客との週次QAミーティングの立ち上げ・運営
・各イベントフェーズごとの納入チェックリストに基づく、製品品質管理および検査対応イベントの管理
・APQP／PPAP要件に関する社内外向けドキュメントの作成・準備
・不具合情報を反映した納入チェックリストの改訂および関係部門・生産拠点への展開
・返品部品の対応（調査・選別の実施）および調査結果レポートのOEM顧客への報告
�⇔婿採�ち上げ後に想定される業務
・顧客要求事項の生産拠点への展開リード
・社内における初期サンプル検証のフォローアップ
・PSW提出の完了およびOEM顧客からの承認取得
・生産拠点との連携による、4M変更およびソフトウェア変更の管理（OEM顧客への期限内提出）
・日本においてソフトウェアのリフラッシュ作業が必要な場合のローカルサポート業務

【Job Overview】
Our group is celebrating its 100th anniversary and continues to lead the industry, including developing the world’s first Level 3 autonomous driving system. To achieve further advancement, we are entering a new stage of challenge as a unified group.
In this position, you will communicate feedback and requirements from JOEM to the development teams in Germany and France.
【Division and Products】
Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions:
１）Power Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.
２）Brain Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences.
３）Light Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere.
４）Valeo Service Division ： Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3.
This position is within the Brain Division.
【Assigned Project】
- You will be involved in a new project.
- Product: Entire ADx system.
【Key Responsibilities】
You will also work closely with the internal project team to carry out the following tasks.
�� Daily Operations
- Daily reporting and communication with the direct manager (N+1).
- Leading and conducting daily project meetings (QRQC) to share delivery-related information.
- Establishing and facilitating weekly QA meetings between the team and each manufacturing site.
- Establishing and facilitating weekly QA meetings with OEM customers.
- Managing product quality and inspection-related events based on delivery checklists for each project phase.
- Creating and preparing internal and external documentation related to APQP / PPAP requirements.
- Updating delivery checklists based on issue and defect information, and cascading updates to relevant departments and manufacturing sites.
- Handling returned parts (investigation and sorting) and reporting investigation results to OEM customers.
�� Responsibilities After Mass Production Launch
- Leading the deployment of customer requirements to manufacturing sites.
- Following up on initial sample validation within the company.
- Completing PSW submission and obtaining approval from OEM customers.
- Managing 4M changes and software changes in collaboration with manufacturing sites, ensuring on-time submission to OEM customers.
- Providing local support in Japan when software reflash work is required.

Occasional travel to OEM sites (Atsugi).

| 応募資格／Qualifications |
【必須】
・自動車業界で電気電子製品開発PJでQualityエンジニアの経験：5年以上
・英語：ビジネスレベル上級以上（ドイツ・フランスとのコミュニケーション）
・日本語：ビジネスレベル
【尚可】
・SWの開発経験/知識がある人
・ADAS製品に関する知識
・JOEMの窓口となった経験
[Required Qualifications]
・Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in electrical/electronic product development projects within the automotive industry.
・English：Advanced business-level (for communication with teams in Germany and France).
・Japanese：Business-level
[Preferred Qualifications]
・Experience or knowledge in software development.
・Knowledge of ADAS products.
・Experience serving as a point of contact for a Japanese OEM (JOEM). |

8:30-17:30（所定労働時間8時間）
フレックスタイム：あり
休憩時間：60分
※ヴァレオジャパンの原則ルールとして、週2日の在宅勤務（コアタイム無し）が可能ですが、部門の状況などによります
※本ポジションについては基本的に出社いただくイメージです
