職務内容／Job duties 【部門と商材】 ◎ヴァレオジャパンは4つのディビジョンで構成されています 　１）パワー・ディビジョンは、電動化を加速するためにサーマルマネージメント、 　　　快適性、電動パワートレインに関する製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　２）ブレイン・ディビジョンは、 ADAS の加速とインテリア・エクスペリエンスの 　　　再創出のための製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　３）ライト・ディビジョンは、ライティング・エブリウェアに向けた製品と 　　　ソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　４）ヴァレオサービス・ディビジョンは、１〜３の商材全てのアフターサービス ※本ポジションはライト・ディビジョンの求人になります 【製品】 ライトの電子部品 【主な業務内容】 購買戦略の実行、サプライヤーとの協業、コスト改善活動、工程変更・設計変更の日程管理・調整業務 を推進していただきます。 【具体的な業務内容】 ・事業計画・予算に基づき、材料費削減や生産性向上のための施策を企画・実行する ・社内外向けのプレゼンテーションを行う ・グローバル購買組織や各部門と連携し、サプライヤーとの価格交渉・改善活動を支援する ・サプライヤーと協力し、コスト削減、品質向上、安定供給に向けた取り組みを推進する ・担当サプライヤーとの関係構築・パフォーマンス管理を行う ・グローバルで定められた購買基準やプロセスを各拠点へ展開・定着させる ・拠点購買マネージャーや各カテゴリー責任者と連携し、購買予算の策定および達成に向けた活動を行う ・サプライチェーン上のリスクを特定し、影響を最小化するための改善計画を立案・実行する ・購入部品に関する物流プロセスや輸送条件が適切に管理されていることを確認する ・社内購買システム、管理プロセス、サプライヤー認証基準などを遵守し、業務品質の向上を推進する 【このポジションの魅力】 ・グローバルな購買ネットワークの中で、サプライヤー戦略やコスト改善活動に携わることができる ・国内外の関係部門・サプライヤーと協働し、事業成果に直接貢献できる ・購買、サプライチェーン、交渉、プロジェクト推進など幅広いスキルを活かせるポジション 【今後のキャリア】 学歴や経歴に関係なく、実力次第で役職クラスを目指せる環境です。 ・課長等のマネジメントクラスへのキャリアアップ ・購買領域におけるエキスパートとしてのキャリア形成 ・他部品の購買課長クラスへのステップアップ ・Valeoの他Divisionへのキャリアステップ 【チーム構成】 3名（メンバーのマネジメント業務はありません） 【出張】 業務状況に応じて出張あり（OEM対応） 【Division and Products】 Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions: 　１）Power Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification. 　２）Brain Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences. 　３）Light Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere. 　４）Valeo Service Division ： Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3. This position is within the Light Division. [Product] Electronic Components for Automotive Lighting [Main Responsibilities] You will drive the execution of purchasing strategies, supplier collaboration, cost improvement activities, as well as the schedule management and coordination of process and design changes. [Key Responsibilities] ・Plan and execute initiatives for material cost reduction and productivity improvement based on business plans and budgets. ・Deliver presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. ・Collaborate with global purchasing organizations and internal departments to support price negotiations and improvement activities with suppliers. ・Partner with suppliers to drive initiatives aimed at cost reduction, quality enhancement, and stable supply. ・Build relationships and manage performance with assigned suppliers. ・Deploy and establish globally defined purchasing standards and processes across sites. ・Collaborate with site purchasing managers and category leaders to develop and achieve purchasing budgets. ・Identify supply chain risks and formulate/execute mitigation plans to minimize impact. ・Ensure logistics processes and shipping conditions for purchased parts are properly managed. ・Comply with internal purchasing systems, management processes, supplier qualification standards, and drive operational quality improvements. [Team Structure] 3 members (No team management responsibilities) [Business Trips] Business trips as required by operational needs (OEM support)  応募資格／Qualifications 【必須】 ・購買 or 商社等で営業 or 新製品の企画/売り込みの経験（業界・年数は問いません） ・社内外でのプレゼンテーションの経験 ・英語：入社選考時に英語力は不問とします（もしも入社した際は、一緒に勉強しましょう） ・日本語：ビジネス上級〜ネイティブレベル（社内のコミュニケーション） 【歓迎】 ・電子部品の営業をやってきた方 【求める人物像】 ・人前で話すことが苦にならない方 ・上手くいかなかったときに、改善点を探せる方 ・自分で次のアクションを考えて、行動を起こせる方 ・社内でプレゼンテーションを行い、説得できるような方 ・交渉事が得意な方 ・粘り強い方 [Requirements] ・Experience in purchasing, sales at a trading company or similar, or new product planning/pitching (Industry and years of experience are not specified). ・Experience conducting presentations both internally and externally. ・English proficiency is not required during the selection process.
