職務内容／Job duties JOB OVERVIEW ■新設チームにおいて、様々なエコシステムパートナー（OEMだけでなく、新しいモビリティ企業、スタートアップ、学界、協会など）や国内外のヴァレオチームと協同し、自動車に限らない概念実証システムを構想していただきます。 ヴァレオに”革命”をもたらす、自動車業界以外でソフトウェア、システム設計の経験を持つプロのエンジニアを対象としています。 既にいくつかOrder Intakeがあり、PoC(実証）段階にあるものもございますので、ご自身のノウハウを活かし、新たな領域に挑戦したい方のご応募をお待ちしております。 ■詳細： ・新規事業の提案と定義づけのため、市場理解とヴァレオグループの強みを組み合わせ、新規事業の提案を考え、エコシステム内でのヴァレオの価値提案を定義する。 ・技術的なコンセプトを導入し、社内の関連ステークホルダーと連携の迅速なアクション（迅速なプロトタイプ作成など）を行う。 ・新たなトレンドの特定・理解・フォローアップを支援する。 ・ステークホルダーのマッピング、関連するステークホルダーとエコシステムの接点の構築を行う。 As part of a small and agile team, your role as part of the Innovation team is to work with various ecosystem partners (OEM, but also new mobility players, startup, academia, associations, etc. ), and Valeo teams to conceptualize and deliver proof of concept systems not limited to automotive that add value to the vehicles and cities of tomorrow. This is a hands-on role and the expectation is that you will lead by doing. This role is for an experienced professional engineer with software & system design experience, at least partly outside the automotive industry to bring diversity of viewpoints to Valeo. They must wish to bring their know-how to new spaces. Preferably, they have working knowledge of E/E architecture, automotive networks, EV architectures. They have experience working in product development teams.
