職務内容／Job duties Quality Management of the project - Risk chaser, avoid taking unnecessary risks for the project (design, process, Quality costs,Timing) -Customer Quality deliverables and objectives are fulfilled -Control and monitoring of the conformity on Clean process (From project planning for Product Group, Product Line or 　Regional Operation entities, from off tools for Site 　organization) -Customer interface for Quality matters in development for the 　assigned projects in the　Product Group / Site. プロジェクトの品質管理 - リスクチェイサー、プロジェクトに不必要なリスクを負わないように　 　する - (設計、プロセス、品質コスト、タイミング) 顧客品質の成果物と目的　 　が達成されている -クリーンプロセスの適合性の制御と監視(製品グループ、製品ライン、　 　または地域プロジェクト計画、サイト組織のオフツール) -製品グループ/サイト内の割り当てられたプロジェクトに対して開発中 　の品質問題における顧客とのインターフェース。 Manage the quality in project -Set and Monitor the Quality Roadmap for the project to reach the 　Quality (Customer and VALEO) and cost targets - Define the 　quality cost of his project – Follow up the customer 　milestones -Detect risks and Prevent problems. -React when a risk is identified, Escalate roadblocks to 　management プロジェクトの品質を管理する -顧客とVALEOの間での品質とコストの目標を達成するためのプロジェクトの品質ロードマップを設定および監視する -プロジェクトの品質コストを定義する – 顧客のマイル 　ストーンをフォローアップする。 -リスクを検出し、問題を防止します。 -リスクが特定されたときに対応し、障害があれば経営陣に 　エスカレーションする。 Ensure CPM is respected -Respect of build In Quality Standards: SPPC tracking sheet is used ; SPPC identification procedure is respected; SPPC transfer to Supplier. Project meetings are held in English. Communicative skills in Japanese are required to explain to customers. Products handled include the development of interior and exterior switches. He won't have subordinates. Those who have experience and skills related to quality other than automobiles and automobile parts. Those who have knowledge of quality processes as described in the job requirements.
