| 職務内容／Job duties |
安全規則が施設のメンテナンスのすべての面に完全に適用されていることを確認：
oすべてのエネルギーネットワークのエラーのない操作
(電気、高圧エア、水、排気など)
oエネルギーネットワークの場合、サプライヤーと必要なすべての保守契約を確立
oエネルギー消費を削減するための新しい方法/機器を見つけます。
oエネルギー消費と予算を制御します。
o 生産地へのエネルギー配分を行う。
o来年/その後の年のエネルギー予算を準備します。
Ensure that Safety rules are fully applied in all aspects of the Facility maintenance.
o Take care of all energy network errorless operations. (Electricity, press-air, water, exhaust, etc. )
o Establish all necessary maintenance contracts with suppliers in case of energy networks.
o Find new methods/equipment to reduce energy consumption.
o Control the energy consumption versus budget.
o Make the energy allocation for production areas.
o Prepare the energy budget for next year/years.
建物と付属機器のメンテナンスと変更を確実に実施：
o 建物の内外でヴァレオの視覚的基準の均質性を維持
o 建築基準法及び消防法に基づく建物及び附属設備(一部の消防設備を含む)の維持・更新の
実施
o冷却/暖房/外気システムの完璧な操作に注意する。
oあらゆる面(飲料、廃棄物、雨)で水の取り扱いを制御する
o冷却/暖房、新鮮な空気、およびすべての水システムを維持し、サプライヤーと必要な保守契約を確立する
o来年/その後の年の予算を準備し、実施します。
(水、設備等の維持・更新)
oすべてのメンテナンスサプライヤーとの年間契約交渉に参加します。
Ensure building & attached equipment maintenance & modification.
o Maintain Homogeneity of Valeo visual standard in & out of the building.
o Implement maintenance and renewal of building and ancillary equipment (including some firefighting equipment) based on the Building Standards Act and the Fire Service Act..
o Take care of faultless operation of cooling/heating/fresh air systems.
o Control water handling in all aspect ( drinking, waste, rain )
o Maintain cooling/heating, fresh air and all water systems, establish necessary maintenance contract with supplier.
o Prepare and Implement the budget for next year/years. ( Maintenance and renewal of water,, equipment, etc...)
o Participate to the yearly contract negotiation with all maintenance suppliers.
新しいサイト(機器を含む)の見積もり、仕様、建設をサポート：
o購買部門とのユーティリティおよび大型機器の保守契約の再交渉に参加
o 新しい見積もりの要件ファイルを作成
oサプライヤーのオファーとデータに基づいてサプライヤーの選択をサポート
o 施設関連プロジェクトへの参加
Support new sites (including equipment) quotes, specifications, and construction
o Participate in maintenance contracts re-negotiation for the utilities & big equipment with purchasing department.
o Able to create a requirement file for new quotes.
o Support supplier selection based on suppliers' offers and data.
o Participate in facility-related projects.
施設に関するマネジメントシステムに沿った活動の実施・管理:
o IATF16949のインフラ整備を中心とした活動の実施・管理
o ISO140001およびISO50001における省エネルギー活動の実施・管理
o ISO450001に基づく設備の安全作業を中心とした活動の実施・管理
o ヴァレオHSSEの要件に沿った活動の実施と管理。
(THS Cap50活性、カーボンニュートラルなど)
Implement and manage activities in line with the management system related to the facility
o Implement and manage activities centered on infrastructure development in IATF 16949.
o Implement and manage activities centered on energy saving in ISO140001 and ISO50001.
o Implement and manage activities centered on safety work related to facilities under ISO450001.
o Implement and manage activities in line with Valeo HSSE requirements.
(THS Cap50 activity, Carbon neutrality, etc…)

| 応募資格／Qualifications |
�￣儻�TOEIC 500〜600程度、日本語は必須
�△箸�に経験は不要ですが、コンプレッサーの取り扱い、建築法、
消防法、安全管理者等の経験か知識があると良い
�６侈鈎呂呂弔�ば、基本毎日出勤ですが、要望は考慮します。
つくば内の業務はR＆Dが中心ですが、つくば工場（建物やHSE関係）
そのものの管理ですので、内部の業務とは直接は結びつきません。
建屋のRefublishmentや、環境整備等、やっていただきたい事が多数あるので、今回求人いたします。
対応が必要となる業務：
二酸化炭素削減の計画と実行
-アスベスト廃棄の計画と実行
-オゾン破壊ガス廃棄の実行
-セキュリテーカメラ導入の計画と実行
-守衛所設置の検討、入場者チェックシステム導入の計画と実行
-建物耐震診断の計画と実行
-土壌汚染調査の計画と実行
-水質調査の計画と実行
-危機管理、緊急時計画の計画と実行
-防火水、消火設備管理（消防法、建築法を知っているて役所等への
申請、承認取得が可能であること）
-植栽管理の計画と実行
-建物保守管理の計画と実行（消防法、建築法を知っているて役所等
への申請、承認取得が可能であること）
-電気、水道管理の計画と実行
-上記の環境、安全、衛生、ファシリティー全体の内容を計画、実行、
上位組織と会議、報告が英語でできること |
