職務内容／Job duties Summary: Quality Management of the project: o Risk chaser, Avoid taking unnecessary risks for the project (design, process, Quality costs, timing) oCustomer Quality deliverables and objectives are fulfilled -Control and monitoring of the conformity on Clean process (From NPA for Product Group, Product Line or Regional Operation entities, from off tools for Site organization) -Customer interface for Quality matters in development for the assigned projects in the Product Group / Site ポジションの概要： プロジェクトの品質管理: oリスクチェイサー、プロジェクト(設計、プロセス、品質コスト、タイミング)に不必要なリスクを冒さない。 o顧客品質の成果物と目的が達成される -クリーンプロセスの適合性の管理と監視(製品グループ、製品ライン、または地域運営エンティティのNPAから、サイト組織のオフツールから) -製品グループ/サイト内の割り当てられたプロジェクトの開発中の品質問題に関する顧客インターフェース Job Description: ・Manage the quality in project - Set and Monitor the Quality Roadmap for the project to reach 　 the Quality (Customer and VALEO) and cost targets - Define the quality cost of his project – Follow up the customer milestones - Detect risks and Prevent problems. . - Respect for build In Quality Standards: SPPC(Special Product & Process characteristics)tracking sheet is used – SPPC identification procedure is respected – SPPC transfer to Supplier via the VRFs（Valeo Requirement file） - Challenge other PTM (Project Team Member) on their activities ・CPMが尊重されていることを確認する - 品質基準におけるビルドイン尊重の:SPPC追跡シートが使用されている - SPPC識別手順が尊重されている - VRF（Valeo Requirenent file）を介してサプライヤーへのSPPCを転送 - 他のPTMの活動に挑戦する ・Focus on Design & Change ‐Ensure that the novelty on the product and process are taken into account in DFMEA（Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, FMEA(Process Failure Mode and Effect 　　 Analysis), DV( Design Validation) &PV( Product validation) ‐Verify LLCs(Lesson Learn Cards) have been used in the D/P FMEA to reduce RPN ( Risk Priority Number) and respected ‐After the design freeze, ensure 4M matrix respect with regards to product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix ‐Update the quality documents following a product/process- related change ‐Participate to Design Reviews, including suppliers' and tool makers' design review ‐Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and/or after test results ・設計と変更に焦点を当てる ‐DFMEA、PFMEA、DV&PVで製品とプロセスの新規性が考慮されているこ とを確認する -LLCがRPNを削減し、尊重するためにD/P FMEAで使用されていることを 確認する -設計凍結後、製品またはプロセスの変更に関して4Mマトリックスを 尊重し、4Mマトリックスに従って変更に対する顧客の認識と承認を確保 します -製品/プロセス関連の変更後に品質ドキュメントを更新します -設計への参加サプライヤーや工具メーカーの設計レビュー -問題後および/またはテスト結果の後に管理計画の改訂を実行します ・Support the supplier management activities -Support activities defined for Internal and External Supplier parts on Valeo sites, to support -Purchasing and SQA team, as defined in the Quality RASIC. -Collect suppliers encountered issues and alternative proposals made by the suppliers to integrate Best Practices ・サプライヤー管理活動のサポート -ヴァレオ拠点の社内外のサプライヤー部品に対して定義された サポート活動 -品質RASICで定義されている購買およびSQAチーム。 -サプライヤーが遭遇した問題とサプライヤーが行った代替案を 収集して、ベストプラクティスを統合します ・Get the IS( Initial Sample) validated by the Customer on Time -Define Prototype, pre-serial, and serial control plans as the owner of the milestones -Ensure consistency between the SPPC, FMEA, and control plan -Participate in the pre-FDPR（Full Day Production Run）and FDPR -Prepare IS Internal and customer deliverables, internal Initial Sample file to be validated by the Site Quality Manager prior to presenting the Initial Sample file to the Customer for sign-off ・お客様が時間通りにISを検証します -マイルストーンの所有者としてプロトタイプ、プリシリアル、シリアル制御計画を定義します -SPPC、FMEA、および管理計画間の一貫性を確保します -FDPR準備およびFDPRに参加します -IS内部および顧客の成果物、初期サンプルファイルを準備して、 初期サンプルファイルを顧客に提示して承認を得る前に、サイト品質 マネージャーによって検証されます ・QRQC rules are applied - Participate in the project QRQC and ensure project team use of QRQC material/rules - Ensure that all the issues are in the single list of issues and manage the QRQC - Along the Project, QRQC ensure that rules are respected and Stop at first, disagree and Stop at first no is applied - Initiate a VIM（Valeo Incident Management）incident in the case of DV or PV test failures ・QRQCルールが適用される - プロジェクトQRQCに参加し、プロジェクトチームがQRQC資料/ルールを 確実に使用していることを確認する - すべての問題が単一の問題リストに含まれていることを確認し、QRQC で管理します -
