職務内容／Job duties 職務内容 Mission : In a multicultural and international environment, with increased customer focus: Leads the division demand planning for 4 months rolling horizon. Coordinates division’s operation topics (procurement, transport, stock) with central teams Main Responsibilities (Tasks): Scope for all responsibilities described below for PIAA. Forecast performance monitoring/Post mortem phase: o Interaction with PIAA department (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, DGM...) for historical data corrections, sales forecast result explanation o Root cause analysis and corrective actions on deviation of sales vs forecast o Root cause analysis and corrective actions on sales forecast non stability o Forecast calculation and enrichment in DSCP : o Historical data correction o Forecast model adaptation o Use alert reports to detect data and forecast issues o Coordinate event meeting for gathering business inputs and propose forecast arbitrations o DP validation meeting/Consensus Meeting: o Key forecast indicators preparation and publication o Participation to the meeting with VS divisions General Managers, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, with the sponsorship of Supply Chain Manager o Challenge of local DP arbitrations performed by marketing and sales teams o Minutes communication to central and local teams o Sales forecast process follow-up: o Challenge and propose financial sales forecast data based on performance indicator o Inputs the sales forecast in DSCP  MPS demand analysis: o Weekly analysis of actual demand vs sales o Collection of local decisions and application in SAP (sales forecast update) o Punctual participation to inventory committee  応募資格／Qualifications 【必須】 ・大卒以上 ・Business Japanese ・データ分析やレポーティング業務の経験 ・分析ツールの使用経験(PPT, Excel, Google Sheet, Google Slide) 【歓迎】 ・自動車業界の経験 ※英語力は「尚可」条件となります。  待遇／Salary & Benefits 【勤務時間】 フレックスタイム制:始業及び終業の時刻は労働者の決定に委ねる 所定労働時間/日：　8時間　休憩　６０分 コアタイム　なし、 寮あり（社内規定あり） 【待遇・福利厚生】 交通費支給 退職金制度 財形貯蓄制度 健康保険 厚生年金保険 雇用保険 労災保険 試用期間：　３カ月 【休日・休暇】 完全週休2日制 有給休暇 3か月勤務後 ３日付与(3か月後3日、7カ月後10日、1年後から毎年20日付与 休日日数121日 土曜、日曜、リフレッシュ休暇、慶弔休暇 年末年始休暇、ゴールデンウィーク休暇、夏季休暇（会社カレンダーあり） 昇給：年1回（4月） 賞与：年2回（７月、12月）  勤務地／Location 1-12-15 Suido, Bunkyo-ku 7th Floor, Mikasa Bldg.
