【Mission】
Team’s mission : Hands On Detection (HoD) development
his/her mission : Develops HoD software with respecting standard one.
To work with System / Electronics people for enhancement of HoD performance.
To lead Requirement analysis ~ Implementation ~ Testing
【Responsibility】
Accountable for :
Complying with Software disciplines processes and Design Rules:
-Plan, monitor and control activities according to Software discipline PD of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management)
-Contribute to refine the functions into the right sub-systems (system - mechanical - software - hardware)
-Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications
-Define the Software architecture of the product
-Define SW structure of Hands On Detection(Steering electronics) and its components in line with the platform configurator
-Responsible for Software discipline design reviews preparation
-Interface with the customer for SW architecture content
-Report and escalate to the Product Technical Manager/Leader/Eng and his Hierarchical
Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting
-Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments
-Establish detail breakdown of the activities to meet the milestones
-Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget and timing
Management of the contributors
-Daily management of his group
-Assign to them the needed work packages
-Regular review with his/her Hierarchical to check alignment between needs and availabilities

応募資格/Qualifications |
【学歴】
Engineering Degree
【経験】
5/7 years of experience in the related Software discipline in automotive engineering or relevant industries.
In particular, Powertrain / Steering Wheel Devices / Electric Power Steering / Braking / ADAS related SW development lead more than 2years.
Experienced about the Gap analysis of the TSC and Requirement and negotiation / compromisation to find the solution that is feasible.
Acquired negotiation skill to customer.
