職務内容／Job duties Project Manager to support ongoing and future project orders related to front cameras, ultrasonic sensors and radars for Nissan and other companies. Ensure Project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery and Timing) in the management of Projects. Ensure Project or System coordination to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with Valeo and Customer expectations. 日産および他社向けフロントカメラ、超音波センサー、レーダーに関する、進行中のプロジェクトや将来のプロジェクト受注をサポートするプロジェクトマネージャー。 プロジェクトの管理において、プロジェクトのパフォーマンス目標（品質、コスト、収益性、納期、タイミング）を確実に達成する。プロジェクトまたはシステムの調整を確実に行い、ヴァレオおよび顧客の期待に応え、すべてのプロジェクトの立ち上げを達成する。 【Manage operationally and functionally the Projects he/she is assigned to】 ・Manage customer Projects (Component, System with known technology components, …) and ensure customer satisfaction ・Is responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation ・Secure Project resources and control them ・Solve all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation ・Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones ・Define and manage his/her budget including the budget of Projects part of his/her Project/System ・Define scope of projects ・Prepare decision making process for relevant committee and challenge his project team readiness ・Prepare and submit business case (Project/System level) and challenge the project team members ・Manage all project changes (internal and customer) and coordinates through his team ・Is applying Design to Cost methodology ・Escalate at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation the gaps versus targets ・Is functionally responsible of all PTMs, set project objectives, ensure appraisal of Project Team Members 【Manage communication with Customers on Project development progress】 ・Keep client(s) updated on Project progress. ・Prepare/validate reports on Project development progress to internal project committees and to all Governance stages when required ・Manage customer relationship (local and central) and coordinate communication within his team but also with associated projects ・Ensure management of Escalation if any 【Promote Valeo Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools) within the System/ Project teams and control their application】 ・Respect Valeo Code of ethics ・Respect health, safety and environment charts and requirements ・Ensure Project (System or not) development in compliance with Valeo standards 【担当するプロジェクトを機能的、運用的に管理する】 ・顧客プロジェクト（コンポーネント、既知の技術コンポーネントを含むシステムなど）を管理し、顧客満足を確保する。 ・収益性（製品/開発対開発活動投資回収率、拡張マージン）、品質、生産準備の面でプロジェクトKPIの達成に責任を持つ。 ・プロジェクトリソースの確保と管理 ・プロジェクト・エスカレーションを通じて、適切な機能によるあらゆる種類のサポートを必要とするプロジェクト問題を解決する。 ・プロジェクトチームメンバーの活動をチェック・検証し、マイルストーン達成のためのタイミングシナリオを提案する。 ・担当プロジェクト・システムの予算も含めた予算の策定・管理 ・プロジェクトのスコープ定義 ・関連委員会における意思決定プロセスの準備とプロジェクトチームへのチャレンジ ・ビジネスケース（プロジェクト/システムレベル）の作成と提出、プロジェクトチームメンバーへのチャレンジ ・すべてのプロジェクト変更（内部および顧客）を管理し、チームを通じて調整する。 ・Design to Cost手法を適用している。 ・目標とのギャップを適切なレベル、適切なスピード、予測で評価する。 ・全てのPTMに機能的に責任を持ち、プロジェクト目標を設定し、プロジェクトチームメンバーの評価を確実にする。 【プロジェクトの進捗に関する顧客とのコミュニケーションを管理する】 ・プロジェクトの進捗状況を顧客に報告する。 ・プロジェクトの進捗状況について、社内のプロジェクト委員会、および必要に応じてすべてのガバナンスステージへの報告書を作成/検証する。 ・顧客との関係を管理し、チーム内および関連プロジェクトとのコミュニケーションを調整する。 ・エスカレーションが発生した場合の確実な管理 【システム／プロジェクトチーム内でヴァレオの価値観、文化、基準（製品、方法論、ツール）を推進し、その適用を管理する】 ・ヴァレオ倫理規定の尊重 ・健康、安全、環境に関するチャートと要件を尊重する。 ・プロジェクト（システムであるか否かを問わず）がヴァレオの基準に準拠して開発されていることを保証する。   応募資格／Qualifications 【MUST】 ・Communication skills (Due to many interviews, negotiations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders) ・Proposal skills ・Knowledge of software (general level is acceptable) ・Knowledge of mechanical engineering (general level is acceptable) ・Japanese: Native ・English: Business 【Welcome】 ・Experience in automotive field ・OEM experience ・Experience in parts manufacturer 【必須】 ・コミュニケーション能力 （社内、社外のステークホルダーへのヒアリング、交渉、調整が多いため） ・提案スキル ・ソフトウエアに関する知識（一般的なレベルで可） ・メカニカルに関する知識（一般的なレベルで可） ・日本語：ネイティブ ・英語：ビジネス 【歓迎】 ・自動車分野での経験 ・OEMの経験 ・部品メーカーでの経験  待遇／Salary & Benefits 【勤務時間】 フレックスタイム制:始業及び終業の時刻は労働者の決定に委ねる 所定労働時間/日：　8時間　休憩　６０分 コアタイム　なし、 寮あり（社内規定あり） 【待遇・福利厚生】 交通費支給 退職金制度 財形貯蓄制度 健康保険 厚生年金保険 雇用保険 労災保険 試用期間：　３カ月 【休日・休暇】 完全週休2日制 有給休暇 3か月勤務後 ３日付与(3か月後3日、7カ月後10日、1年後から毎年20日付与 休日日数121日 土曜、日曜、リフレッシュ休暇、慶弔休暇 年末年始休暇、ゴールデンウィーク休暇、夏季休暇（会社カレンダーあり） 昇給：年1回（4月） 賞与：年2回（７月、12月）  勤務地／Location 〒140-0002　東京都品川区東品川４丁目１２−１ 品川シーサイドサウスタワー15階
