職務内容／Job duties Accountable for : Complying with Optic and mechanical disciplines processes and Design Rules: - Plan, monitor and control activities according to Optic and mechanical discipline PD of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management) - In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economical targets - Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications - Perform or support design calculations / simulations / coding / associated acceptance tests - Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on justifications - Responsible for Optic and mechanical discipline design reviews preparation - Interface with the customer for the Optic and mechanical discipline content - Report and escalate to the Product Technical Manager/Leader/Eng and his Hierarchical Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting - Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments - Establish detail breakdown of the activities to meet the milestones - Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget and timing Management of the contributors - Daily management of his group - Assign to them the needed work packages - Regular review with his/her Hierarchical to check alignment between needs and availabilities  応募資格／Qualifications 【学歴】 Engineering Degree (preferably optics, physics, mechatronics or a comparable technically oriented course of study with very good technical understanding) 【経験】 5/7 years of experience in the related physical Optics and mechanical discipline in automotive engineering or relevant industries. ideally HUD.
