職務内容／Job duties Job Details Manage all R&D technical activities: - Define technical strategies for developing required standards (generations, variants) according to platform roadmaps - Optimize the organization of the R&D Teams in his platform - For the Processes, Methods and Tools which are needed use the available Group and BG ones and propose / maintain the specific one - Is in charge of training deployment and warranty support - Build and follow-up Platform R&D budget - Identify potential synergies with other product lines (for technology needs for instance) - Ensure development of the platform standards and their implementation - Ensure IP protection Make sure state of the art resources and competences are available: - With the metier manager ensure availability of the appropriate resources - With the knowledge manager ensure that tools are available to capitalize and share the know-how - With the P,M&T manager ensure the standard tools are existing and properly used - With the Efficiency Manager ensure continuous improvement of the performances Steering Wheel HUB Platform technical Lead - System engineering and technical lead for Hands On Detection 職務内容 すべての研究開発技術活動を管理する： - プラットフォームのロードマップに従って、必要な標準（世代、バリエーション）を開発するための技術戦略を定義する。 - 担当プラットフォームのR&Dチーム編成の最適化 - 必要なプロセス、メソッド、ツールについては、利用可能なグループおよびBGのものを使用し、特定のものを提案/維持する。 - トレーニングの展開と保証サポートを担当 - プラットフォームR&D予算の構築とフォローアップ - 他の製品ラインとの潜在的なシナジーを特定する（例えば技術的ニーズについて） - プラットフォーム標準の開発および実装の確保 - IP保護の確保 最先端のリソースと能力を確保する： - 技術マネージャーと共に、適切なリソースを確保する。 - ナレッジマネージャーとともに、ノウハウを活用・共有するためのツールが利用可能であることを確認する。 - P.M.T.マネジャーとともに、標準的なツールが存在し、適切に使用されていることを確認する。 - 効率性マネージャーと共に、パフォーマンスの継続的な改善を確実にする。 ステアリング・ホイール・ハブ・プラットフォームの技術リード - ハンズオン検出のシステムエンジニアリングとテクニカルリード  応募資格／Qualifications 10 to 15 year experience in automotive parts R&D development activities ・Capacitive sensing knowledge (MUST) ・EMC Knowledge (MUST) ・Electrical parts design (MUST) ・Fusa engineering (MUST) - Experiences of system development for FuSa supported product. ※Do not have to have all MUST experiences. ・ADAS system engineering (WANT) ・Japanese: Business Level ・English: Business Level  待遇／Salary & Benefits 【勤務時間】 フレックスタイム制:始業及び終業の時刻は労働者の決定に委ねる 所定労働時間/日：　8時間　休憩　６０分 コアタイム　なし、 寮あり（社内規定あり） 【待遇・福利厚生】 交通費支給 退職金制度 財形貯蓄制度 健康保険 厚生年金保険 雇用保険 労災保険 試用期間：　３カ月 【休日・休暇】 完全週休2日制 有給休暇 3か月勤務後 ３日付与(3か月後3日、7カ月後10日、1年後から毎年20日付与 休日日数121日 土曜、日曜、リフレッシュ休暇、慶弔休暇 年末年始休暇、ゴールデンウィーク休暇、夏季休暇（会社カレンダーあり） 昇給：年1回（4月） 賞与：年2回（７月、12月）  勤務地／Location 品川
