職務内容／Job duties 【仕事内容】 ‐品質に関して、日本の顧客、ワイパー部門の中国工場品証、　　　 　R&Dサイトとの密にコミュニケーションできるように調整する。 ‐品質問題が発生した際ヴァレオのレジデントエンジニアとともに 　迅速な対応をする。 ‐中国の生産工場へ支援 　・品質改善の活動 　・顧客の中国の工場での監査 　・顧客との定期会議（サプライヤー品質管理） 　・生産、プロセスの変更に関する４Mマトリックスでの管理 　　その変更を顧客へ報告及び承認を得る。 　・継続的な改善プロセスに沿って構築された品質基準の尊重 　・プロセス、製造の変更に伴う品質関連書類の更新のサポート 　・デザインレヴューや顧客での同様な会議にも参加 　・内外部品の品質に関して、購買や顧客品証を支援するため 　　品質RASICに沿ってサポート 　 - Ensure good coordination of the customer communication between VWS sites (mainly Wenling plant) and the customers in Japan. - First quick actions to the customer plants with GRE for any quality issues. - Support VWS sites (mainly Wenling plant) for - Quality improvements activities at VWS sites - Process audit for Wenling plant by the customers - Nissan regular meeting (SQM etc. ) - Ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix - Ensure CIP is respected and especially Build In Quality Standards : SPPC tracking sheet is used SPPC identification procedure is respected – SPPC transfer to Supplier thru the VRFs - Verify LLCs have been used and respected - Support to update the quality documents following a product / process related change - Participate to Design review including suppliers design review - Support activities defined for Internal and External Supplier parts on Valeo sites, to support Purchasing and SQA team, as defined in the Quality Rasic - For P0 Major - Prepare PVC ensuring readiness of all the deliverables required by the PVC.
