職務内容／Job duties 【部門と商材】 ◎ヴァレオジャパンは4つのディビジョンで構成されています 　１）パワー・ディビジョンは、電動化を加速するためにサーマルマネージメント、 　　　快適性、電動パワートレインに関する製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　２）ブレイン・ディビジョンは、 ADAS の加速とインテリア・エクスペリエンスの 　　　再創出のための製品とソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　３）ライト・ディビジョンは、ライティング・エブリウェアに向けた製品と 　　　ソリューションの設計、開発、製造 　４）ヴァレオサービス・ディビジョンは、１〜３の商材全てのアフターサービス ※本ポジションはブレイン・ディビジョンの求人になります 【ミッション】 TCU（Telematics Control Unit）という最先端製品のプロジェクトメンバーとして、開発の最上流から量産移行まで「購買の顔」となりプロジェクトをリードいただきます。 単なる発注業務ではなく、グローバルなサプライヤー選定戦略の立案、コスト最適化（QCDI）、そしてリスク管理を担い、プロジェクトの収益性と競争力を決定づける極めて重要なロールです。 【このポジションの魅力】 最先端技術への関与： TCUという進化の速い製品プロジェクトに携われます。 グローバルな裁量： 世界中のセグメント・リーダーやサプライヤーと連携し、最適なソーシング戦略を自ら提案・実行できます。 実利を生み出すVA/VEの主導： 単なる価格交渉にとどまらず、技術的知見を活かしたVA/VE（価値分析・価値工学）を自らリードできます。設計変更や工法転換の提案を通じて、量産フェーズにおける劇的な原価低減を実現し、事業の利益率向上に直接的かつ定量的に貢献する手応えが得られます。 【主な職務内容】 1. プロジェクト推進のリード ・プロジェクト会議（WOOOM等）に参加し、キックオフからSOP（量産開始）、プロジェクトクローズまで購買活動全般を統括します。 ・ソーシングプランを策定し、RFQ（Pre-SoCo）から発注決定（SoCo）までのマイルストーンを管理します。 2. 戦略的なサプライヤー選定と交渉 ・グループ戦略に基づきサプライヤーを選定し、Bundle（一括発注）機会の最大化を狙います。 ・オークション（Live/Online）を含む多角的な手法でRFQを実施し、ベストなコストパフォーマンスを追求します。 3. リスクマネジメントと技術連携 ・クリティカルパーツを特定し、設計レビューや仕様変更提案を通じて、開発遅延や品質リスクを未然に防ぎます。 ・サプライヤーの財務状況や生産能力を評価し、不確実な要素を排除するリカバリープランを構築します。 4. 量産へのスムーズな橋渡し ・量産移行に向け、Productivity Buyerと連携しSAPのセットアップやコスト削減アクション（VP/PTBV）を引き継ぎます。 【Division and Product Scope】 Valeo Japan is organized into four divisions: 1. Power Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification. 2. Brain Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and reinvent interior experiences. 3. Light Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere. 4. Valeo Services Division: Provides after-sales services for products across divisions 1-3. This position is within the Brain Division. 【Mission】 As a project member for the cutting-edge TCU (Telematics Control Unit), you will lead the project from early development through mass production as the "face of Purchasing." This is not just a procurement role: you will define global supplier selection strategies, optimize costs (QCDI), and manage risks, playing a critical role in determining the project's profitability and competitiveness. 【Attractiveness of This Position】 ・Engagement with Leading-Edge Technology: Participate in fast-evolving TCU projects. ・Global Autonomy: Collaborate with segment leaders and suppliers worldwide, proposing and executing optimal sourcing strategies independently. ・Driving Value-Added VA/VE: Lead value analysis/value engineering initiatives beyond price negotiations. By proposing design changes or process transitions, you can achieve dramatic cost reductions during mass production and directly contribute to business profitability in a measurable way. 【Key Responsibilities】 1. Project Leadership: - Attend project meetings (e.g., WOOOM) and oversee purchasing activities from kickoff to SOP (start of production) and project closure. - Develop sourcing plans and manage milestones from RFQ (Pre-SoCo) to order confirmation (SoCo). 2. Strategic Supplier Selection and Negotiation: - Select suppliers based on Group strategy and aim to maximize bundle (bulk ordering) opportunities. - Conduct RFQs using multiple approaches, including live and online auctions, to achieve the best cost performance. 3. Risk Management and Technical Coordination: - Identify critical parts and prevent development delays or quality risks through design reviews and specification change proposals. - Evaluate supplier financial status and production capacity, and establish recovery plans to mitigate uncertainties. 4.
