職務内容／Job duties We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our data systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. A visionary and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist is required to manage data as a strategic enterprise asset. The role involves shaping, maintaining, and safeguarding the integrity of master and transaction data that powers critical business operations and analytics. Responsibilities include driving data governance, collaborating across business functions, and maximizing the value of enterprise data to enable informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) principles, frameworks, and technologies, with hands-on experience across key data domains such as customer, vendor, material, and finance. Proficiency in SAP MDG, data quality enforcement, stewardship practices, and data lifecycle management is essential to support enterprise-wide data integrity, compliance, and scalability. This position plays a crucial role in enabling digital transformation, AI-readiness, and long-term data-driven innovation. 業務内容（入社後会社の状況に応じて業務変更の可能性あり。範囲：当社業務全般） Key Responsibilities: ・Develop and implement data management strategies and policies. ・Maintain and update data systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. ・Perform data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies. ・Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility. ・Create and maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures. ・Provide training and support to staff on data management best practices. ・Monitor data security and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. ・Generate reports and analyze data to support business decision-making. 想定残業時間 20時間程度　恒常的に残業あり 出張 国内：0回／年　海外：2回／年  応募資格／Qualifications 経験・知識・スキル（必須） Skills & Experience Required: ・Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field. ・Proven experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar role. ・Strong knowledge of data management principles, practices, and tools. ・Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, etc.). ・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ・Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ・Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ・Additional experience and knowledge in master data management. ◆英語の業務利用頻度：文章　非常に多い、会話　非常に多い 経験・知識・スキル（あれば尚可） データInterfaceに関するプロジェクトに参加経験があると望ましいです。 規模を問わず、本件と類似のプロジェクトへの参加経験があれば尚可ですが、プロジェクトメンバーとの協働ですから、採用後に経験を積んでいくことで可能です 要求資格（必須） Qualifications ・Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
